The Design Micro Center Wallpaper Contest!

Management has decided to let me use two of my custom mods as the new permanent terminals!:rock:

The first is my Mustang GT500 featuring an i3:

These will be a new and permanent fixture in the department and will be used for everything by employees and customers alike.


So why a contest thread?

I want the new computers to have a common, cool new wallpaper featuring the Micro Center logo. Our logo isn't anything special, so it needs a 2012 makeover!

That's where you guys come in! I want a new wallpaper for the department and I want you to design it. Maybe management will like it enough for all the computers in the store to have it (over 100!)

This contest is also running over at Bit-Tech.net. You can only win on one site, not both. They have a lot more members, so a better prize is up for grabs there. Post your entry on either site, not both or I will disqualify you on both sites.

Rules:

(1) The end pic needs to be at least 1650 x 1080, preferably larger as they will be on 23 inch LCD's.
(2) I prefer a .jpg so I don't have to install anything special to see it.
(3) Anyone can enter, whether you won a contest in the past or not.
(4) New members, old members and staff are all eligible to enter.
(5) Contest ends on April 2nd
(6) You can submit up to 3 designs per person. Of those 3, I'll pick my favorite that goes to the final Forum vote

I don't have the knowledge/skills or tools to do what some of the other guys are able to do. But this way I can say I tried instead of the wondering "what if".

Plus I thought it would be "old school". lol if that is even the right term to use without getting beat up lol.

There was a few good ones over at bit-tech too so I definitely went in with the mind set of "don't plan to win but it is there!".

Thanks, It turned out kind of "meh" compared to yours and Stonerboys. I posted it to mainly share more then anything. It has lots of little issues that I am not sure how to fix.. LOL
