i'm pretty new to computer modding. i've been modding xboxes for about a year now. any way i installed these two cathodes last night. they're alittle dim because of the placement of the cathodes. i need to move them to a better spot. i will be in stalling laser leds later. i'm going to post up a worklog alittle later. tell me what you think.

good useage of pre existing case features. a suggestion though. if you have a drimmel or something like it you should put a design on that square part, cut it out then use some body filler to fill in the raised section where is says HP and put some plexi behind it. is the side panel metal or plastic? i know hp likes plastic some times. if you just wanted to use the existing case features you could take a drimmel and just cut out the HP and install plex behind it.

thatnks for the suggestion. if i did end up doing a window or any type of dremeling i would frost the plexi. i like the light to scatter well. i need some more suggetsions. the only thing i don't want to do to it is paint. i have an airbrush to use. i just don't want to have disasemble my entire computer.
