What's a good comedy show?

What are some ridiculously funny shows that you guys know of? I've been feeling down and out lately and I think a good bit of comedy is just what I need. Unfortunately, I've seen every episode of Whose Line more than once and I don't know what else is out there that's good for laughs.

Sounds sweet. We used to load our own rounds but I never casted. My dad did that before I was born.
