Okay so for some reason my computer doesn't like me. lol

Before I could hit the windows button on my keyboard and it would basically minimize stuff or bring up the taskbar in game so I could hit minimize on said game or adjust the volume, etc. That doesn't work anymore. I hit it and nothing happens. But it does work outside of games. So..?

Then I try ctrl + alt + delete to bring up the task manager. That minimizes the game... for about 2 seconds then the game pops back up. And it does that with every game now. It wasn't doing that before, only recently.

It's really frustrating. The only way to do anything other than play the game when I'm in a game, is to exit it completely.

If you just need the task manager, use ctrl+shift+esc. Also have you tried Alt+tab to switch applications or windows key+tab?

Not sure why the win key isnt working as before. I know some keyboards have switches on them to disable the winkey so you don't hit it accidentally in game and minimize the game. (Wish I had a nickel for everytime I have done it!) Are you running any new utilities that could be doing that for you?

That's awesome! I'll have to try one or all of these methods next time I'm in a game. I had no idea those existed! Cool stuff.

I know that no matter what if I try and switch out of skyrim it crashes.

I always forget about windows key + tab. I am an old school alt+tab man. lol. I love the Aero effects in Win 7 though.
