Well after seeing alot of cases and looking around for the rite size case for myself I couldnt find one that fite my exact needs. So I decided to make on. Im calling it the green monster, on a count that its going to be painted black inside and green outside. Enough talking, ill get to the pictures.

So far Im working with 24 feet of 1"x"1 1/20th thickness aluminumn angle. And tow 3'x4' pieces of angle. Oh yeah and about 100 hundred rivets and washers.
The angle came in four pieces of 8 feet each.

After I bought the material I went straight to work on this project of mine.

The case measures 22''Lx22''Hx12.5''W. Wide enough to put 2 5.25'' bays side by side.

That was close to a days work. The second day I dug into the sheet metal.

Heres the front of the case with two 5.25'' drive bays. Oh yeah and my shoe.

Heres a side view, Ive already fabricated and placed the drive bay inside the case. I cute the top piece bigger than the top so i could fold it over the sides. There is nearly 60 rivets in the case at this point.

Now for a look inside.

Here you can see the drive bay and the top supports of the case. The 2 supports in the top are to stablize the top sheet metal from raddling around. I have also placed some all weather foam between the sheet metal and the case to help bring down vibration. The drive bay hasn't been rivited in all the way as you can tell.

Heres a better look at the drive bay.

This is a better picture of the top of the case, this is the product after about 2 days of work. What do you guys think?
