Anyone have a Good Usefull link...

I did a seach, but nothing realy answers all my ???'s...

I dont want to spend more than $200...
I want the most bang for buck (as all of us do)...
I want my money's worth, or more (as all of us do)...
I want it to last me atleast 2-3 years minimum...

so what to look for ? (refresh speed, contast ratio, ect...)
what to stay away from ?
what is OK, and what is Realistic ?
"do's an dont's" from ordering online...?
what is the upside/downside to any of the answers ?

Now, Myself...am not a Gamer...
but this Info could include info for a gamer...
(So if anyone else does a search, they will find what they are lookin for too...)
