Wow awesome job. Your really good with that aluminum!

The thing I like the most about this case is the "future proof to water cool" lol. You could easily add another compartment under it and add your rads down there if you ever wanted to in the future. I like this build a lot!

I'd mod the power supply so the power cable enters elsewhere out of the way. Good grief... this case is gonna be a beast! Cool stuff seeing it go together completely from scratch. Definitely fun to watch. (need a *grabs popcorn* smilie)

Mmm, I never considered doing that, I've never modded a PSU but obviously it could be done, have you seen it done, any references would be interesting.

Would be simple. Open up the PSU. Cut a new opening for the power lead and move it over. You will probably have to resolder the connections on the back of the plug, but that's fairly minor compared to rewiring and sleeving that others do. It's just a matter of finding where it will fit.
