I've been wanting for some time now a AMD trinity based laptop, so far it seems impossible to get one! Not because of the fact they're flying off the shelves but because you can't seem to find them. I'm wanting to get one soon before Windows 8 comes out (I'm trying to avoid Windows 8 as much as possible) and because I'm not wanting a tablet.

The specs I'm wanting in this unknown laptop is:

AMD Trinity APU (Dual core minimum)
4GB of DDR3 (but upgradable to 8GB) (Dual channel memory controller required)
Windows 7 64-bit (Home Prem or Pro will work)
320-500GB Mechanical HDD
64-128GB SSD (On the wishlist, but probably no laptop with have both SSD and HDD for the Trinities, higher space is a priority over speed)
4 hours of battery life at least
DVD Drive/Burner, Optional (I rarely use disks anyway and if I need one, I have an external USB drive)
Trackpad and keyboard
13-14" screen
Weigh less than 2.5kgCan anyone else find something close to that? I can't so far...

would you be apposed to going with intel switchable graphics? It would be far easier atm

Also Windows 8 is downgradeable with the same licence all the way back to vista.

It's a case of I'd rather not, but I'll do it if I can't find anything.

Really, where did you find that out?
