The CD or DVD drives

This is supposed too be a processor with cooling and it might look like it to you but I didn't go into details.

Anyway this is just a concept that I made like "super water computer" where all the clear is plexi and the front is 5 inches thick and hollow on the inside and it is filled with water on the hollow part, so it is an automatic water cooling system for the CPU. Just a concept, but I might do it someday of I want to. Enjoy:D .

I think you should look at the mountain dew mod. It sounds similar to what you want (I think) and is very well done.

This is the guys website and worklog.

I hope this helps.

I'm not sure what you're proposing.
you have the hard drives above the systems boards. Are you planning on imersing all the boards in water? Did I understand correctly?

If so. you can't use water. it will get ionized and then it will conduct and short out the system.

Checkout tomshardware.com they posted a machine immersed in cooking oil (http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/02/02/strip_out_the_fans/)

I dont get the automatic watercooling part? Water is only going to heat up when neer a computer component and cant get below abient temps.

You could some how put a small refridgeration unit from a counter top water cooler into it and maybe have a tap so you can get cold drinks from it...

If you plan on submerging everything i would look into a product called Fluid XP. Its a non-conductive cooling liquid. The video out there of this product shows some guys pouring it directly onto thier computer while its running. Neat stuff.
