Anyone have any good tips for cutting angled (even calculated ones) down the edge of styrene, so i can create angled corners that fit nicely together? Can i use a hobby sized miter saw kit? And what do i do if i have a particuarly long piece of edge that needs a angle in it? The miter saw only allows for like 3 inches max.

A scroll saw with a tilt-able cutting table would be ideal for this. Another option would be to look for a matte cutter - framing shops use them to cut out the border matte at that perfect angle. It is basically a straight bar that can lift up, with a clamp for a straight razor. The angle of the cut is adjustable, and you can start in the center of a piece, if you want. They're very handy if you do a lot of cutting of thin plastics.

a electric turkey knife is good for cutting foarm but the angels would have to be eyed up.
