i blieve an ATX mental case would be a person suffering from neurosis that uses your average ATX power supply unit :D

my old PC was the best ever, AMD Athlon XP 2200+, 1024RAM, 700GB HDD, 6CD/DVD-ROMS <--Of wich, one was a jukebox with 5 CD storage.

It was a full tower, with TWO power supplys.
