Ok I just finished my computer case, complete with a window. What I want to do is add the name of the project to the window. "Phaginal Ownage" if any of you were wondering. :P

Anyone know how to do it, without etching it?

If you want to do it really cheap:
1. buy a sheet of sticker-paper (about... 5 cents or so?)
2. Print your logo / name on it
3. cut is out
4. stick it on your window

did that with my mod, look nice, BUT the corners will come loose in the end.. Actually I want to raplace it with a vinyl or something... when I have time...
But if you're tight on money, it's a good solution...

Go to a sign shop and have them cut you a custom vinyl logo on their plotter. If you bring in a useable file for them on a disk they shouldn't charge you much at all (definately under 20 bucks).

Phage: a virus whose host is bacteria.

I'm not sure this is what you meant my this, but at least it does have another meaning so you can tell your grandma.

A couple layers of paint gloss will keep a decal in place.
I've been looking into frosting for my next window, you might consider that too.

Test your setup first. Chemical interaction isn't fun.
