This was originally only available if you signed up, then the took it off line saying it was a mistake, now it is back up free to download with no account necessary. This is good news to me since I was going to re-install CS 2 on my new workstation and they have retired the CS2 license servers.
Supposedly (I have not tried it yet) the key provided does not require the license server.
