I want to make a cool custom case for my PS2 (Playstation 2)...something cool themed, maybe Star Wars. I saw I XboX case on the internet which was made like a big frikkin ship and was awsome.

The best advice? Practice, practice, practice. A lot of the techniques used on that mod go beyond airbrush work - it looks like there was extensive ink washing and probably aging powder brushing on it as well.
The best thing you can do is make sure you have a decent quality airbrush with a good air source and regulator. Get a nozzle and brush that allow for adjustable paint density and take your time. Layer your paint slowly and methodically. Work from dark to light and have a plan. If you want to do aging work, like you see there, think about how water would collect on the structure over time and apply dark and light streaks to reflect rain and grime collection over time. Study things you see around you - industrial buildings are an excellent place to study the effects of the elements on a structure in the real world.
Hope that helps. If you have specific questions, please let us know.

Some GREAT suggestions here. I am not new to modding, but am new to the airbrush. I picked up a fairly inexpensive kit last year to prime my truck and it came with an airbrush that I have not even taken out of the package yet. I am hoping to practice in the next couple of weeks and will use some of your tips...
Funny how I have done several dozen "mods" but never had a need to do any painting. Now custom woodwork is a different matter...

'Paasche or Iwaata airbrushes' are very good makes apparently you could do anything just paint it with a airbrush, helps practicing soo much

badger makes decent starter airbruses, too, but you may be better off going for a slightly more expensive and higher quality one. MDCS knows a lot more about them than I do.
Also, one very very critical tip - ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR BRUSHES THOROUGHLY. It is SUCH a pain in the ass trying to clean a clogged airbrush.

There is a much simpler alternative to air-brush but you gotta know how to make your own design, either in Corel Draw or Photoshop.
Check out www.paintjazz.com.
I got my Xbox painted with my favourite zoid battle scene.
If I am to use air-brush to get what I got, I would really need a professional air-brush artist to spend at least a couple of days. Of course, air-brushing would probably gives a better finish...but it would cost a lot more money and time.
