Does anyone know what the thread is on a standard thumb screw?.

it looks like a unc or unf 6-32 8-32

i want to re-tap my lian li case so i can fit some nice blue anodised ones

Buy a tap set - you'll need it anyways to tap your Lian li. Then figure it out from there.
