Does anyone know anything that I should or shouldent do when stealthing a CD drive? I am hiding a CD drive inside a cave with rocks. Its a tray load drive, and I'm attaching rocks to the end (so it completely conseals it and when the button is pressed a whole thingy of rocks comes out and the CD drive is there. Any help on what to use with this kind of stuffs?

The most important thing is make sure you can press the button. That may sound dumb, but if you're doing like what Crimson did in the Doom3 mod, that may be tricky. Yeah, I would read through what he wrote when he did what you're talking about doing. It pretty much shows what you should do.

As long as You don't put too much stress on the tray when it's open and You can eject it properly then it should'nt be a problem. Just change the material for something lighter like polystyrene or some kind of foam.
