Led Help

Ok questions, I got some L.E.D.s For automotive use , a positive wire and a negative wire.. What can I buy to plug these into? Or how can i wire it up? To work in a PC

I know that USB ports have 5v, so try wiring up into that

Umm...don't do that please.

You'll need to know the voltage that the LED uses and then choose a suitable resistor. I'll calculate the resistance for you if you post the info.

USB is a good power source, but you'll burn out your LED without a Resistor.
