I would like to install a 7" LCD Retractable monitor into my case but am having trouble finding one that will actually work. Any help would be appreciated:?

That would probably work. This is going to be more of a mod than just installing a screen into the 5.25 bay. The only thing that these type of screens are made for is car stereos. I know that this would work though because I've seen it in another computer.

Anything will work if you mod it hard enough.™

This one says that it has a higher resolution. I didn't really look all that into it though.

Why 7 inch screen? Any particular reason? 5-6 Inches may be easier and could fit in a drive bay. Check out this link (http://www.casemodgod.com/artbytroy_6__lcd.htm)for some advice/ideas.

Thanks for all the help. I guess I really should find a 5.25 inch LCD instead. Would probably save alot of headaches!!

Remember that screens are measured diagonally, that is why you could fit a 7" screen in without too many problems.

I forgot all about how the screens are measured!! I guess I've been out on the road way too long in my semi and probably have forgotten 60% of what I use to know. Thanks again!
