Hey all. I have an old portable DVD player which does not work. I think the screen is ok, but I have no way of knowing for sure ATM. So, what I want to do is take it off, and hook it up to my PC, and eventually install it in my vehicle. Any suggestions on where I can dig up a wiring diagram on how to do this?

Thanks!
Rick

its surpriseingly difficult to wire and sort of LCD to a computer. Unless your DVD player has a video in,(and ther player still works) your probably out of luck.

Whats the make and model number of the dvd player. Unfortunatly you can't just wire it up and off you go. The LCD will still need a decoder to read the signal, and thats part of the dvd player itself.

That's what I was afraid of. I'll check the make/model when I get home. Thanks Aero.
