help on psu pin jumping

i have an old psu i am not using right now and want to know how i would jump the pins i need to to have the molex connector always on. it is a 20 pin + 4 cpu pins (separate) any help?.. thanks computer_tom:?

connect the green and any black on the 20+4 and it should work. although i think i heard once that running a psu with little to no load is bad or something. btw, you can wire the green and any black to a switch and turn it on and off that way
