The Boom Box, just finished, commission build!

I just finished a build commissioned by a local music studio and thought I'd show off the end product. This is the first time I've made something this complex without making a worklog. Wow! Amazing how much easier it is.

I made the case from the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, first chance to work with their stuff and I am VERY impressed. Hands down the best quality of material and feature set for the price point I've ever seen.

Anyway, here are the pics of the finished product. I deliver it tomorrow, have to say goodbye.

Very nice work. Bummer about no work log, but it does make modding so much better. My work logs almost always have holes because I get into a state of flow and forget to take progress pictures. So it's always "step 1, step 2, step 3, oh crap where did 10 hours go? well, here's this major part finished. Sorry I didn't show you any part of it being built."

I had those custom made by a guy I met at Quakecon last year. Like TLHarrell he has a laser shop, this one in Dallas. I was tired of the open-sided combs, they didn't seem to get the job done.
