I couldn't help but giggle. I giggle when I watch the video. It just keeps going, and the honking just makes it that much funnier.

So I have to ask...when you have, say, multiple trucks in a row that only have their (non-steering) rear wheels on the ground...how do you steer the chain?

The parade is a straight line (more or less) through town. I don't think they steer.
