Hey guys... i just started a modding project and it I need some advice! I am designing a cube using an aluminum frame... anyway it would be better described with my render from sketchup...:
http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/9845/cubebp9.jpg
The black edges represent the aluminum i will be using... i will use moulded aluminum bent at 90 degree edges... but my problem is how to i cut them to make smooth edges! I tried using a miter box to cut the corners at 45 degree angles... but the problem is all I have is a hacksaw so it leaves a small gap. I have looked around the forms and saw this material called bondo... could someone describe (or provide a link) to some information about bondo and exactly what product that would suite my needs? Or any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks. =)
