Hey, this is the first time im modding my PC, right now im just using a cheap 30$ case but what i want to do is cut a square on the side panel, and attach a piece of plexiglass from behind it.

Now ive cut the square out using tin snips (i know ghetto but i had nothing else at the time) and the edges are quite jagged and not proportional to a TEE, i was wondering how could i smoothen it out, using sandpaper or grinding disc, anyone whos done this before how did you fix it, and if you can post pics that would be great thanks.

If its metal, You have to find Ultra Strong & Thick sand paper. If its plastic or simular, Use Sand-paper, But make sure you don't go to hard, You can end up melting the plastic, As it does get hot very fast.

For metal, an alternative is a grinding disk, But as again take it easy, Its hard to controll it, and if you go off track a bit, They can do quite a few dents to you're case, Some where paint will refuse to cover it up.
