my ideas.
I will cut out the back and rivet on a piece of steel for the back panel next i will cut out the central partion and fixs in a piece of frosted plexi glass i will then fix my a8n 32 mobo to the frosted window upside down so the cpu is at the bottem next i will make a new steel top for the case with a window with 2 x 140 fans to expell air from each side of the case next i will mount my psu in the side without the drivebays and i will make some fan mounts at the front and mount a quad 120 fan radiator and the rest of the kit. next i will spray it all black and mount an etched window on the left side panel as if you were looking from behind and i will mount a 250mm fan and a coolermaster musketer on the othe side (right hand side) i will then add my custom made front with a ps one screen and slot loaded drives

I will answer the ones I know.
1. If you get 750 Watt, not really.
3. If connections are stable
4.no

Which dual core CPU do you have? Which nVidia card is in your SLI setup? Are you going to be doing any overclocking, a lot or a little?

I'm not sure what is readily available in the uk but 1/2" ID is generally used for high flow rate, 3/8" ID is the middle ground as it is easier to find stuff for and anything smaller is for slower flow for more passive cooling style (like the zalman reserator). As you are planning to overclock, I'd recommend 3/8" or 1/2" ID if you can get all of the parts in that diameter.

Go with 1/2" ID tubing and the Laing D5 Pump (MCP655). I think the resellers are Danger Den and Swiftech. Not sure if it goes under and other brand.
Danger Den Store:
