Alright, This is sort of my "First mod" becuase its my first mod where I accually cut the case, stick in a window, all of that. I decided to call it past power, becuase the computer brand is FUTURE POWER and, well, its kind of fricken old.

I found this white Future Power in the garbage. Some guy down the block was throwing it out, So I asked him if I could have it, he said it was a piece of ****.

So I took it home, opened it up. This thing was from the god damn shing jing dynasty.

First it was rocking a 250 mhz celeron. We definityley cannot roll with that. I went down to my dads shop, Suprisingly I found a 1 ghz amd athalon.

Spex-

-1 GHZ AMD athalon
-512 MBS memory
-40 GIG hardrive
-Radeon 7000 (PCI)
-DVD drive
-Ask for more details

-I am only 13, so go easy.
Again I deeply apoligize for the size, and, the paint is starting to come off.
-My lights are awsome, The inside reds are from the fans, And I put dual lights under the case. So It looks like the underbody-lights you see under cars.

Hat's off to you if you did that all yourself and you are only 13. I love the dragon design you have used is very nice. Did you use wood or fiber board on the back of your case it looks kinda odd. Maybe paint that too to make it blend in.

Yes it is nice how you have used rounded cables but maybe a little bit more cable management is required. To give it that clean pro look inside. You could even use cable ties to bundle the cables together somewhat and cut out the daggy bits that you have pulled through.

Also how do you keep that thing cooled. The size of the holes on the front fan vent look tiny. If you want to increase the flow maybe you cut a hole in the front where the small holes are use a nice fan grill. You can get special ones with shapes on them. You can even get ones with dragons on them.

I don't mean to rubish your case I' am just trying to help. I Hope all this helps this is just my 2 cents on your case and what you could do to improve it.

To tell you the truth man, I don't really need to keep the case cool. I mean with 1 ghz of athalon, It doesn't require much cooling. I found an old intel cooler in my dads store, Copper bottom heatsink with a small 20 MM fan or so. My cpu doesn't pass 38 celcuis.

The radeon 7000 has a heatsink aswell. It keeps it cool I guess, Its only slightly warm to the touch.

The fans are really just for decoration. The exaust at the back does accually throw out air, witch I guess cools it, The one at the front works, but doesn't really make a differnce.

I accually spin bladded and drilled the fan hole at the back. I drilled the handles on, and the wheels on. I also drilled a screw hole for the fan at the front. I painted it, but the paint was cheap, and is still chippin off. And some of the black is chipping too, as you can see the white under it. I also painted the back white with acrilic paint. Otherwise the back was the common bluish/grayish you see mostly.

Yeah all right fair enough point. I was just stciking to the tried and true method of if you don't have enough ventaliation then you have a probelm.

Concerning the backplate At first glance I though it was wood put on closer observation I find it is metal.

Hmm maybe someone else who knows a bit more about paint then me will hopefully come along in a couple of hours and give you some pointer on your painting. It should't really chip like that did you use house paint?

You should sand and clean your case, then lay down a few coats of primer, sanding a little to get a smoother finsih, then top it off with a few coats of your color, some more sanding, some more color, then a few layers of clear coat and call it a day

yeah, Well, I'm sorta not into extremeley good painting. Maybe somthing my older brother would do, since hes going to suny purchase, but I just like laying down a base coat, overcoat, and a clear gloss coat.

Edit- I might post some pictures of it tonight. I got a celeron D running in the machine, brand new mobo,GFX card, 120 GIG hardrive, everythings brand new!

kk, you think you can give me a link to the computer, or parts you bought. Becuase I have a few hundred on me. Also, how much did it cost you?
