Overclocking CPU

In my Lan-Party rig, I have a 1.9 ghz Celeron D, (socket 478) with a Thermaltake heatsink + thermaltake SMART CASE FAN. The fan goes to 4800 RPM. Anyway, I am new to the whole overclocking thing, I know you change the voltage amount and stuff in the bios. Anyways, I want to overclock it to 2.0 ghz.

I need a step by step guide or somthing. If anyone has any tips or, a guide, it would be helpfull.

ah.. the sweet sweet smell of oc in the morning :P

I am thinking of oc'ing my 3.4 dual core. That would be cool! and I could probably do it pretty high... since I have a H2O rig. Thermaltake Vocano 4005 Heat Exchanger with 2 rad not including the volcano itself! ^_^
