Reset the CMOS. You might need to look at your motherboard manual as to how to do it because it varies for different boards.

Not all boards are good for overclocking. It is also good to overclock in small increments.

so 135 to 165 is a big increcement? I'm sorry, I just wanted to overclock the 1.9 ghz to 2.0.

Well, I wish the guide that you got from another thread was more specific. Anyways, it shouldn't be that big of an increment. But then again, it might be too much for your board or CPU to handle.

Well I'm done overclocking. My manual says somthing about the jumpers or somthing. I'll take care of it when I get home.

chances are it was 133 originally, 165 is a 20%+ overclock, which will have taken your 1.9 to almost 2.5....

ok it was 135 originally. What do I bring it to for it to become 2.0?

OK, I took of the jumper from 1 & 2, put it on 2&3, then Switched it back to1 & 2, and it reset it.

I made the frequency from 133 to 137. I am now running 2.01 ghz of Celeron D. Again, I thank you guys for the help.
