am i picturing this in my head correct....its a solid aluminum door with 2 92mm fanholes....and there isnt a window in it yet...you plan on cutting your own design in correct?

You are going to be cutting a logo from Battlefield 2142 and the logo doesn't completely cut out the fan holes right? So you got parts of the fan holes are screwing up your logo shape.

Can you post a pic of your side panel? If not, what do the 92 mm fan slots look like? Are they just two big holes with a fan grill over them or a bunch of small holes?

You could always cut out a regular window and etch the plexi with your logo.

there is a way taken by those who are not afraid ;) this involves painting the panel after your done :) just ignore the holes and cut your design.. if there are any weird edges left (or the holes are too anoying before you cut), use car body filler to remake the surface to its un-hole-y (=no holes) form :) then sand everything and repaint the metal :) this way you can fabricate anything :)

..or cut a window and etch the logo.. that easier and may look better when done:)

if you get technical. you should go out, buy some sheet metal of the right thickness, cut out a rect angle around fan hole and weld a newly made solid peice of sheet metal in place of it. grind down the welds, then bondo and paint.

but that would'nt be very practical

That would be practical if you had big holes in your side panel.
