Yep, Sketchup is pretty nifty stuff. It's even better when you buy it for like 300 bucks. This stuff cost way to much! I wonder why...?

Because its niche market.
Few people will have a need for it so they have to re-cover their R&D from the few copies thay can sell.

Oh wait, was that a rhetorical question? if so, I'm sorry. its hard to judge sarcasm sometimes.
