I just started buying EZ Lock blades for my Dremel. You really should too.

You have to buy the special adapter for them (adapter included in pic), but they are FAR better than reinforced blades. One EZ Lock blade lasts as long as 3 or 4 reinforced blades used to last. I highly recommend them. This is coming from someone who's constantly cutting something with my dremel.

Now it takes me less than 10 seconds to change out blades!

Looks nifty! I'll have to pick up one for metal and plastic soon enough.

Thanks for sharing!

I am buying a dremel and those EZ locks hopefully sometime this week! I CANT WAIT! I conned my dad into paying for half my dremel and accessories so I am happy that I dont have to pay a billion dollars for a tool that I need but probably wont use very often in the distant future.

Oh and I'm not an ass... I didnt actuallly con him. He asked me if I would do some yard work for him and I asked if he would pay for half of my dremel :) Now I can afford my new case to use with the dremel! lol I would hate to have one and not be able to use it.. I would probably level my house out of boredom and anticpation :P

The EZ lock attachment is nice, too bad it's not compatible with their other items.

I had a look for it yesterday, and couldn't find it. They must not be avaliable in the UK yet.

They should be, been out for months. Maybe your store doesn't carry them?

Nice idea but those blades are pretty picey. I guess if they last twice as long they can coast twice as much but I hope the price drops as they become more mainstream.
