A lot of online modding stores sell window kits that include trim with them. Here are a few links.
Some molding... (http://www.frozencpu.com/scan/se=Windows/se=Window%20Molding/mp=menu_search.html)
Ok, I guess I lied, heres 1 link. Most modding sites should have something you're looking for, so do a Google search for "computer case window molding" or something to that effect.

or you could totaly dodge the trim completely. if you make your plex window slightly bigger then the whole. maybe like an inch or a little less. if you place some bolts through your metal and your plex to hold it on and you tighten it up there wont be any edges to get stuck on. using bolts also allows for cleaning should the plex get dirty or needs to be replaced. i use button head cap screws and they look like riviots. you can also get these anodized in diffrent colors to accent your work further

Window trim isn't always necessary. See Aero's modding guide for details (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2403).
