View Full Version : help finding lcd display to fit front of case

i had posted an earlier thread inquiring about an lcd display module and someone had shown me a vfd display from bg-micro i was set on it but not until i saw the size and i was wondering if someone knew of a lcd or vfd display(capable of displaying graphics if possible) that would fit the front of an atx case just the module for under 40 bucks i know you guys will pull through for me TBCS forums are the best

you dont have to open a new thread for the same thing. and there is no way you will find an lcd under $40 that displays graphics. a specific size or size range (5", 7" or something) would be good too because lots can be fit in an atx case.

IF you want to go under $40 you better know a lot of about electonics. :)

Here are some, the comment on the bottom of the pages are helpful on some of them as other people gotton them to work useing "blah" coponets and/or contoller.

Top two are 640 x 480 lines, CCFL backlit. Will need a LCD driver modual. They are just the pannels. Bottom one is a smaller graphical LCD.

sorry for making another thread im new well then could someone give me a link for a good under $30 vfd or lcd display it doesnt have to have graphics just be able to fit on the front of my atx case thats all as long as its 2 characters high sorry for being so picky i just want to get the right one

you will not get a good lcd for under $30 for a computer with a usb port, only if it is used and you get a pretty good deal on it. try on ebay and trading forums you might get lucky.
