I just got my friend into getting a custom computer, instead of buying a ****ty overpriced Dell.

Well, I got the parts today, and I assembled it, and all. But when I turn it on, I can't see anything on the monitor. I tried using the new GeForce Dual 7950 , and I couldn't get anything on the screen. I also tried using his old GeForce 6000 whatever, and that gave us the same results. It's an ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe, and we got the Intel Core2 Duo installed, the 2 GBs of RAM, and the dual 7950. But I can't get anything on the screen.

Someone help us out. :?

No beeps. I installed the PC Speaker, that came with my case. It makes no noise when I boot it up.

I think there's a problem with the power connecters that came with my powersupply.

Could be.. make sure that the connection is solid, and the powersupply voltage is set correctly. Maybe try another power supply too.

Also, try to pull out the ram and *try* to boot it up. It should beep now. If not, something else is up.

Try to reseat the cards and the cpu as well.

I called ASUS, and they told me my Core2 was uncompatable with the motherboard, and I need to return it and get the SE edition. Could a mod please close this thread? Thanks.
