Ok, Here is my question:
I am getting ready yo prime and paint my case, both the panels and frame. I am looking for the best suggestion on how people paint.
When you have the frame sitting on a table or chair or something, the areas touching the surface are not going to get sprayed. Is it as simple as spraying the case, letting it dry, then turning it and spraying the missed part?

I am making preperations for my first mod and wanna be ready and prepared.

Thanks for the help.

Basicley its simple. You creat 5 or 6 or more layers, that consist of tiny layers of paint. You're first layer should batrley dust it. Go in streaks across adn back. I suggest pming Tyberenis, He should give you wodnerful tips. Or visit his painting guides on his website, www.powerpackedpc.com

if you're worried about not being able to paint the side thats resting on a surface, do what the professionals do.

get a piece of metal rod (maybe 1/8 or 1/16 inch thick) and hang one end somewhere on the ceiling (if you have exposed floor joists in the garage that might be a good place to hang from). then bend the other end into a little hook, and you can rest things on that hook to paint them.

a lot of the pros use metal hooks and wires for automotive purposes (doors and loose panels).

For smaller parts, I personally use masking tape to attach a pencil to the back of the item, then you can hold the pencil (with a gloved hand) and move it as you paint it - so no dead zones
