Hardware advice/tips?

Not so much a forum bug, but a suggestion!
Ive seen quite a few people asking 'is this hardware setup ok or are there compatiablility issues with it?'
or 'what hardware should I buy for my new rig?'

How about a new forum section for these kind of questions?
just like, a general hardware advice and tips section?

I know we have specific hardware discussion forums but for general questions about different combinations of hardware....

Yeah, I've been thinking about some of the sections not here that would be nice to have.

Air Cooling
Hard Drives
RAM (or if there is one I forgot)
General Software (not games or OSs, things like temp. moniters, graphics programs, etc.)
