Windows vista Graphics card!

Is ther any graphics cards out at the moment that support like pixel shader 2.0 and all the other necessary stuff for windows vista???

Current graphics cards support features like Pixel Shader 2.0. The major thing that they don't support is DirectX 10. But you you can use graphics cards that are DX9 though, you just won't get the same graphic quality.

if you buy one, and its an Ati, make sure its a recent one, otherwise you'll get bummed out. ive got a 9200 128mb, and they dont support it in the vista drivers, so i cant get Glass and Aero running.
