optical mouse auto dim LED

i have been modding an optical mouse for a little bit now and i want to make the LED so that its always bright instead of only being bright when the mouse is moveing. anyone here know how to manage that?

nope. its a usb / ps2 microsoft optical mouse. just the basic kind with the scroll wheel.
