Car Stereo LCD

Hey guys. I have a question. I'm extremely interesting in putting a car stereo/motorized flip out lcd screen into on of my optical drive bays. Can anyone give me some information about how to mod this or a link to a guide? If so, that would be great!

I could only find one lcd mod in that link and it wasn't motorized. Oh well, probably didn't look hard enough. I'll keep trying lol. Thanks for the link BTW!

I was doing some more research on in dash car stereo lcd's and they're way too expensive; so basically scratch this entire thread lol.
