Hey

I have already posted this question Here (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?p=46578#post46578) but havent had any replies, and I understand the rule Do not post twice, but the lack of responce for this kind of general knowlege in a large community such as here is unusual

So yeah, where can I upload my google SketchUp files, the current one i want to show users is 4mb, and will probbably grow a little bigger in the near future, but shouldnt be any more than 10mb... but I dont usually upload files on the net for mass viewing, so I dont know

cheers to anyone that helps

Google have an online service for hosting sketchup files. I think it's called the Sketchup Warehouse or something similar.

4MB is a pretty big file, but i don't know their limits and so forth.

Something interesting I just found on sketchup, I first thought it was rather slow, after googling for a couple minutes I found out it uses the CPU to generate the 3d models...

I was getting 1/2fps on my 3800+ X2 w/1024mb ram, now i'm getting 60ish on the same model from 3d acceleration

Go to Window > prefrences > Open GL > check the "Enable 3d box"

Enjoy :D
