The Damn Po-Po Been Messin Up My Block:

I've been demolishing thirty-some old houses on the army base in Chilliwack B.C.. This would normally be fine but the police have to come and make my job harder. They thought the old houses would be perfect to practice thier SWAT voodoo. They come riding up on the side of an armored SUV and deploy upon the house like a swam of locusts. They busted the door down to one of the house's, thirty plus times. Which my crew has to deal with. They bust out the windows, leaving me to clean up when that house comes up on the roster. They make a damn mess with the paint guns. It doesnt dry to well either and ends up on my cloths while i haul the drywall out.

Die Pig, Die!

Actually, It was intresting and hella fun to watch. I took the pictures with my cammera phone. Enjoi!

I also found out where a scene will be shot for the movie, Alien vs Predator 2. They are going to start shooting on the 16th. They will shoot it at Green Timbers Reforestation Center in Surry B.C (96th & 152nd) :)

That's kind of weird, but hey, swat practice, cool.
Those houses don't look like they need demolition.
What gives? New development?

oh for vancouver standards... those houses are UGLY!!! you should see the stuff sprouting up around here. the old ones come down to make room for the new ones.

Yeah, its hella cool. I missed the grenade practice yesterday morning because i was on another site. I am so pissed about that!

Nil8: They are redeveloping the area. They will stick 3 townhomes on one of thoes lots. Imagine the amount of money they'll be raking in.

Slug: You think thats anything special? lol. I've demolished beautiful mini mansions on the bluffs in Whiterock all because the wife of the guy who bought it loved the area but not the house. Im talking about million dollar plus estates. What a low down dirty shame... Thats usually where i find the best stuff to take home.

Big difference between ghetto and working class homes. I live in a working class neighborhood.

3 townhouses? Sweet. Your property value should rise then. Very cool of you to share with all of us.

Thats what they are doing a lot where I live they will buy up a family house and build two town houses on it. Or buy up one lot and conivce the people next door to sell up and put in five or six townhouses. It sucks more people in less area.

SWAT practice though sweet. Would have been cool to watch.
