Good PSU?

I need a good psu for this system.
1.33ghz T-bird @ 1.33ghz @ 1.9v
Coolermaster HSF (it's old and aluminum)
DFI AK76AN
256mb PC2100
BBA AIW 8500DV
Maxtor 20gb & Maxtor 160gb
Dual HP-CD-Burners
Creative Soundblaster Value
Generic 300w PSU (It's heavy though)

any suggestions.

for that system i wouldnt waste money on more than 350W psu. you can go with any brand name they will be fine.

unless you plan on upgrading in the future. if you can swing it, get at least a brand name (antec, enermax, ocz, etc) 400-450W psu that will carry you thru your next upgrade.
