I'm a little miffed that i just bought a x1900xt like a week ago, but I knew this was gonna happen, especially with dx10 around the corner.

Personally, I'm not going to get worked up over anything until dx10.

There has been word of an AGP version from PowerColor coming out soon. should be around $300 or so, i dont know, and be the best AGP card by far. Specs include a modest overclock and an Arctic Cooling X2 cooler!
I myself have been considering getting something like one of these for my Oblivion playing pleasure, mostly because by the time i will feel i need DX10 will be when i want a whole new computer, which is still a couple years away.

I have an Accelero X2 on my X1900XTX, cools great.

I just built my comp a month ago: I could not friggin wait for DX10 cards, so I got one of the best DX9 cards. The X1950 Pros are really nice, I wonder how well they run in Crossfire? By the way those use the SLI-Like internal crossfire connector.

from what I understand they scale from one to two cards better than previous radeons, but not as well as sli still. they don't scale so well thet they beat the crossfire configuration of the next up model though.
