Not a lot of work getting done on my "toxic waste" mod cuz I got a sick teething baby at home...

In the effort to start doing SOMEthing... how do you guys prep the insides of yuor cases? Leave them sterile metal? Paint? Chrome plating?

I do plan on having lights and all but not a whole lot of outside to inside viewing so I want my lights to be as bright as possible? Should I spray the inside gloss silver to reflect as much as possible? Mount mirror edging along the inside panels?

any ideas appreciated...

You could try UV reactive paint?

deffinately paint everything that you might possibly see when the case is finished. I painted the outside of my case first, then got a suggestion of painting the inside too... It makes my mod look 10 times better than before.

for the color: UV-reactive (like snow said), the color of the lights (normal paint) or a bright neutral color, something like white or silver. These reflect the light best.

I personally painted the insides orange and used red lights, the color of the light looks better than with the normal grey-ish backgroundcolor

hmmmmmmm UV reactive paint.

you could also use teflon on the outside of the case, so when you have an "accident" while watching paris hiltons infamous "instructional DVD" your case is wipe clean.
