Project: Cylon

well my idea was a bit ago was to put my xbox inside of a case molded as a cylon from BSG. I have the dimentions and the thought just need to find the materials to do so. I would love any feedback on the idea since this is my first mod( I know I aim high LOL). So far i'm thinking of using Balsa foam to make the mold and fibercase over the mold.

Looks ambitious, do you have any experience with molding? I hear it can be tricky but I am no authority. Looks like it would be cool though.
