I know there are some hardware pros in here and I recently had to replace most of my equipment due to an explosion of unidentified origin in my comp. I bought an ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe, Thermaltake toughpower W0105RU ATX12V/ EPS12V 700W Power Supply 100, AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core (+4800), LIAN LI PC-65 USB B2, and already have ATI Radeon 1900XTX (and would like a 2nd), Soundblaster X-fi Fatality, 2GB Corsair RAM (Value Select
VS1GB400C3 X 2). Will be running Win MCE 2005 for now. Does anyone see any weaknesses or components that won't mesh well together? Also, I now have the AMD (+4800) and my old dual core (+4400) and was considering trying to trade in towards an AMD FX-60, any thoughts? Thanks a bunch!

looks like a pretty decent machine mate. without going into the ins and outs of exactly what the mobo can handle, you should be fine though.

RE: explosion of unidentified origin, i trust you replaced the psu... that would be the main cause of random nasties getting into your machine!

Yeah, the power supply listed above is new, that is the only piece that I am sure is blown. Thanks! I guess the main thing I am concerned about is the RAM, it's not high dollar RAM and I don't know enough about it to tell if it will bottleneck.
