This is my Cube2. I learned from my faults with the Reactor Cube and build a new one in 2003.
I made the 10th place on the German Case Modding Contest in 2004.
It features watercooling, 2 rubber-mounted HDDs, big LCD graphics display while having a small size (30cm).
Enjoy the Pics. If you are interestet, I can post much more...

Nice water cooling setup. The water cooling must be pretty stable as it looks like you take that system out and about a bit.

Wow, And it just gets better and better huh? lol
I LOVE how you used elbow pieces in your water cooling set up. Very cool! Goes with the whole cube theme nicely!
Again, NICE JOB! :up::up:

Hey, thanx for your comments!
I had been inactive in modding for 2 years now. But this forum is so inspiring and your comments encourage me to plan something new...
Perhaps you will find new plans in the other thread around new year, when i have some free time ((:
@simon275: Yes, the case is pretty stable. The aluminium frames i used are from a company named "item" and they can carry some 100 kilos.
Some tech details: Most of the wires are in a hidden under the motherboard. You can see the plexi-part that routes them on the chair in the pic (all hand cut and polished *sweat*). The LEDs that light the HDD cage change from red to blue when there is HDD activity. When you open the CD-tray two LEDs in the top frame light it. I inserted a microswith in the CD-drive when I rewired the cd-knob.

I also had to mod the Eheim waterpump because of the little space inside the case. So I removed the electronics-board and cut off the pump.

Hm, I can't believe it... I get more posts for my Reactor-Case than for my Cube2. For me, Cube2 is the far better case. Its 100% more acurate built, smaller, more efficient, has more special effects and so on. But everybody likes the big Reactor-Case ((:
==> Next case has to be more outstanding, perhaps something with legs like a bug or so.
