i was wondering if i still need to get a crossfire master card with this, i couldnt find nething but i dunno... im not the most observent person (http://ati.amd.com/products/radeonxpress200crossfire/index.html)

Yes, that is only the Crossfire ready chipset for the motherboard. You need a master card, secondary of same series, and CF ready motherboard. The Cf 200 chipset is the oldest version though and I have heard many problems getting a stable config. The newer chipsets (3200) would be a better choice.

Have you seen the new way they link crossfire cards instead of the stupid DVI cable they have two bridges between the cards kinda like NV's Sli but ATi has two bridges.
