Here is a nice little game that we do on one of the other computer forums that I like to hang around. It's been going on for quite some time and has over 380 replies and 6,350 views at the moment!
Anyways the game goes like so:
Each person looks at the last word in the list and posts the first word they can think of.
Sounds easy right? Well I have found this oddly addictive...
Here are a few rules which we have come to develop as the game went on in the other forum.
1) No double posting
2) No using the same word twice (per preson or within 10 posts This is to prevent people from going and putting sutff like 'blue', 'sky', 'ocean', and 'blue' again... It becomes quite boring that way)
3) Keep your words simple (Do not put things like 'international date line')
4) Stay away from book/TV series which others may not know of so everyone can continue participating.
5) Use actual words. Do not invent words or use smilies.
6) If it is not obvious how you got to a word please let us know how you got there IE: 'Boston', 'Pizza' (Boston pizza is a common restaurant around here but most people don't know that) or 'Ale', 'Lines' (Lines on Ale is a poem by Edgar Allen Poe)
7) All normal forum rules still apply
8) Do not post anything that would stall the game or prevent others from participating.
9) Have fun!
