New Case, new ideas

Ok, here's what I got for a decent deal, 30$. :banana:

Now what I'm thinking here is a Blue and Silver theme. The whole case would get a silver paint, I might even try for that chrome look, even tho it'd be difficult. The blue would only be used for acccents. The front panel would get the blue accents, and probably a wraparound lightning bolt or speed stripe from on the bottom front corner of the sides, all the way around to the other side.

Now I'm also VERY open to other ideas. The usual suspects would happen too, 120mm on top, lights, matching keyboard and monitor....etc.

Also, what the ^&*% is this----> :bunny: ???

I've got a better idea, altho I know it's been done before, but darnit, I like it. Solid matte black (not flat black, just a small difference. I know I google'd it *grin*) with a silver (maybe chrome) lightning bolt. I can use that as a place for the window. line it with white EL wire. But here's my problem. The side has those air vents in them. Me no likey. I need to design a new case panel. How?

Are you talking about just a paint job and some hardware additions, or structural modding also?

You know, some frosted (sanded) blue plexi lit by tons of strategically placed LED's, cold cathodes, EL wires, or whatever, could make a wicked lookin thunderstorm mod out of that case.
